This won’t be my normal game recap as I only caught the fourth quarter but after watching what I just witnessed I had to make a quick post. Down by 16 points with five minutes to go they Raptors went on a 19-2 run to steal a victory from the Bucks.
Yes, you read that right - the Raptors were able to hold a team to two points in the last five minutes of the game. With 3.4 seconds left the Bucks had a chance to win the game and I have to admit that I kept wondering how the team was going to blow the fourth quarter rally. Instead of blowing a win they were able to play tough defense and Milwaukee wasn’t even able to attempt a shot before the buzzer sounded.
Through most of this season the most frustrating things for Raptors fans to witness was our team buckle late in the fourth quarter or the team to fall apart on the defensive end so I’m having a hard time finding the words to express how thrilling it is to see our team show some onions and put on a rally through their defense and not freeze at the end of the game.
