Neal Foulds (born July 13, 1963) is an English professional snooker player.
Foulds quickly climbed the rankings after turning professional in 1983, reaching number three within four years. At the height of his success, however, it was revealed that had been prescribed beta blockers for a heart complaint. He immediately reorted his medical problem to the W.P.B.S.A. and was allowed to continue competing. He was on the medication for one tournament only, but the problem has been misreported ever since.,
