The Cleveland Cavaliers allowed LeBron James to sit out tonight's game against the New York Knicks due to a sprained ankle he suffered in a loss to the Detroit Pistons at The Palace in Auburn Hills, though he did arrive and stay at the arena. Larry Hughes will start in his place. The Cavs are 9-1 in their last 10, and James has averaged 37 points and is an obvious MVP candidate. The strain in his ankle may be due to the fact that he plays about 42 minutes a game, only less than that played by Allen Iverson of the Philadelphia 76ers (about 43 minutes).
