Biography

Dene O'Kane is the best snooker player from New Zealand since Clark McConachy.

He reached three major finals in his career, but retired after losing 10-9 to Tony Knowles while qualifying for the World Championship.

In 2005, he won the Australian Open, a title once held by John Higgins, and decided to reconsider.
