Now that the Colts are the only unbeaten team in the NFL thanks to the Dallas Cowboys ending the Saints chance for a perfect season. With two games left to play the Colts have locked down home field advantage in the playoffs and the last two games are home games for the Colts. Both of them are non conference games, December 27th the New York Jets and the Colts will close out the regular season January 3rd against the Buffalo Bills. If they play like they have been there should have no problem ending the season with a 16-0 record.
The next question would be in those last two games how much playing time will Peyton Manning and the rest of the starters get. How will Head Coach Jim Caldwell play this two choices : rest the starters or play them and go after perfection and get them ready for the playoffs. Just like in the Movie Heaven can wait you play them as if they are in the playoffs or even the Super Bowl. We shall see.
