In the Cardinals Ravens game, Matt Stover kicked a 43 yard field goal to give the Ravens a 20-14 lead with 1:48 remaining. Following the ensuing kickoff, the Cardinals took over on their own 15 yard line with two timeouts remaining. The Cards used ten plays in reaching the Ravens four yard line with 19 seconds remaining where they took their final timeout. Following two incompletions, Kurt Warner hit Larry Fitzgerald from 3 yards out on third and goal to tie the score, Neil Rackers PAT gave the Cards the win with three seconds remaining.
In the Rams Bucs game, Marc Bulger hit Torry Holt with a 43 yard TD pass on a fourth and 16 play with 37 seconds remaining.
In the Chargers Packers game, LaDainian Tomlinson scored on a 25 yard run with 43 seconds remaining for the win.
