Bad light played spoilsport in what was turning out to be an interesting day of cricket with both teams dominating certain sessions. The moment of the day came when a bouncer from fast bowler Anderson went through the grill of batsman Flynn to hit him square on the face. Blood spewed all over the ground and he had to be rushed to to the hospital. Oram was the batsmen replacing the injured man. this was the second time in as many tests when Oram has replaced and injured man. Last time he went on to make a hundred. The pick of the bowlers however was Ryan Sidebottom, who finished the day with 2 wickets at an economy rate of just 2. Play is scheduled to start a little early tomorrow.
