I have searched the annals of baseball history and assembled several "all-star teams" comprised of players whose names fit particular themes. Consider this my humble gift to the baseball dork community.

I’ve invoked my creative license only where it was necessary to fill a given slot. For each player selected, I’ve tried to pick their best season. Likewise, if multiple players share a particular last name, I picked the one who turned in what I deemed to be the best single-season performance. Also note that some teams’ bullpens may be a bit understaffed.
