Hard to argue with much here. Jordan looked like he would rather be having a root canal then sitting at that judges table last night. The biggest embarrassment of the night was Tyrus Thomas who mailed in his performance just like he said he would. I would be concerned about this kids competitive desire if he was on my team.

Agreed. Jordan appeared to have no interest in anything that was taking place in Vegas. Guess he was more worried about going to the poker table later that night. Tyrus Thomas is horrible. He had no business in the dunk contest, and he will be another kid who left school too early, and will flame out in the NBA in less than a season.

I'm sorry, but I don't think that a comparison to competitiveness in the dunk contest should be compared to competitiveness in a game. Sure, TT shouldn't have said what he said, it's OK to think that, but not say it. The dunk contest hasn't been anything in a long time. Heck, sure enough, one of the dunks that made the highlights was a rehashed dunk that's already been done, and was done better the first time. At least Dee Brown sold it better that he didn't look.

I thought this years Dunk contest was one of the better ones that I have seen. I also think that Jordan was being an ass while being a judge. He downgraded Howard for no good reason. Dee Brown didnt have to jump over someone when he did his dunk. I will give Green some props for showing some respect and props to those who have done it before him, especially because Brown was a Celtic.
