I apologize for being so defensive, but I do like to defend my work. I believe that I stated my points and answered any possible questions in my article.

I stated why I thought the decisions Goodell and Benson made were ridiculous (because the punishments assessed didn't match the crimes). I stated the punishments seemed to have been made due to the public opinion.)

"Time is changing in place" is capturing the thought that the hands on a clock are still moving but there aren't any real changes taking place.

That's exactly what I meant by the bold "the". Aikman wouldn't kill ya. I've heard people mention him with the greatest QBs of all time and I just don't see it. That's why I call him over-rated.

What do you say to best of 31 racks, played over 3 convenient "sessions", 10 in the first and second, and then 11 in the third? So the first to 16 wins. Sound fair? When would you be interested in playing those sessions, considering time differences and our availability etc. ?

Did you see the Speedway World Cup Final? Australia were doing so well... Then Crump got injured. And Australia ended up fourth, behind Denmark, Poland and Sweden. Great Britain were fifth. :(

I don't really have the time to mess with it further, but you could definitely add more complexity to it... Add market size, # of other pro teams, etc. as additional variables, and it could really start to get interesting.

London is amazing, I'm ready to come back to the states though...17 days and counting. I live in Notting Hill, which is Western London, but I go to school in Central London in Bloomsbury, very close to the British Museum. As awesome as London is, traveling Europe has been my favorite part of my experience.

I'll definitely sign up for another team or two in the draft.

The "feeling better about yourself" thing is another piece of satire. I'm making fun of Sean Hannity's "Hate Hannity" hotline in which he states that it's there so that "liberals can express their hate and dislike towards me. Therefore they will hopefully be nicer to you in your everyday life and thusly feel better about themselves and what they think and how they act." I say a lot of things that are in reference to something or a parody of something. When something I say doesn't fit or looks totally ass backwards, it's prolly satire or a parody of something. I'm quirky like that. But I do fully see your point and understand what your saying and apologize for any disrespect you felt I served.

I've only just noticed your post about Joe Screen. He's getting on a bit now, he's way past his best. A solid performer for GB in the World Cup over the years though. Sixth in the World Championship in 1999. British Champion in 1996 and 2004. And yes, he rides for the Belle Vue Aces, a side that Crump has returned to. Thanks for the Aussie Speedway updates! Is it popular over there? They have a great national squad... with Crump and Leigh Adams, but also they have riders like Rory Schlein coming through. How about Ryan Sullivan? Todd Wiltshire? Are they still about?
