I apologize for seeming so harsh towards an alleged rape victim. But at the same time, we are now a country in which you're guilty until proven innocent. Should be a dog fight for them. 1-1-1 against UVM doesn't hurt them...and that win against UNH gives them a leg up on #4 too.

Perhaps the best sign is that they control it. They've got Home and Homes with UNH and UMass Lowell (both of them are in front of them...UML is tied for 5 with BC).

UVM looks real good this year (though Fallon was a better tender) but I think UNH is ripe to be picked off. UML is still a relative joke...

Even if I didn't sell my fansoul last year, I'd REALLY enjoy this Rays team and would have been a fan anyway. Even if I wasn't a Rays fan, I'd still be salivating at this ALCS. The World Series might end up being melodramatic...

There's a TON of history between these two teams. The Shields v. Crisp episode, the Red Sox almost hired Joe Maddon instead of Terry Francona, all the way back to Gerald Williams v. Pedro Martinez.

NOTHING beats an AL East confrontation that is for all the marbles. Here's hoping the series is good and clean - no Jeffrey Maier, no Bill Buckner errors, no bullshit - just a good hard fought and exciting Rays sweep. (of course)
