Kelsdad's Board-To-Board with Davis21wylie
No, it's a Sam Cassell thing... He called them his "huevos", he does the "big huevos dance", it's a whole schtick with the guy.
Hey, thanks for letting me know about it -- I canceled my SI subscription a few years ago, so its likely I'd never see it w/o your heads-up. And I was even able to find it at the SI Vault... I love the internet! :)
You are smarter than Neyer. First answer is correct, the ball is foul. In question Two, both runs are charged to Pitcher B. Even though he essentially reached via FC, he was allowed to reach by Pitcher B, so he's tagged with both.
Nicely done.

Question 1: Batter hits a line drive towards the mound, where it hits the rubber and flies into the stands. Fair or Foul?
Question 2: Pitcher A allows a base hit to Batter A, replaced by Pitcher B. Batter B grounds into a force-out, Batter C hits two run homer. Because Batter B replaced Batter A on first base because of a force play, is Pitcher A still responsible for his run?
