lol most of the time, I don't even waste the time posting here...I have gotten all kinds of traffic to my own site lately (90 + hits yesterday, 80 + the two days previous.) Makes just as much sense for people to go read where I write normally, instead of double posting all the time.

The issue with Jones is tied to TO being a team distraction. They drop morale and awareness of everyone on that side of the ball. If your team continues to win, and improve, that will rectify itself. I would also go into the player screens and see what are the motivating factors for each player and adjust it accordingly.

Its a starter... TO.. hahaha... I have a 5-2 record so far and he has 16 td catches in just 7 games. Is it just because his role is team distraction? Is there absolutely nothing I can do to raise his morale up? Like making him team captain or rearranging his contract to get more bonuses or more salary?

Also Julius Jones' morale is low. And he's not a team distraction. He's a starter and he gets a decent amount of carries. His numbers aren't great cuz I suck at rushing but he still continues to run the ball every game. He has somewhere around 2.5 yards per carry and 252 yards but with 4 td rushes through 7 games. Is this why his morale is low? Is there anything I can do to raise it up? Is it just a simple matter of running better?

what kind of player are you talking about regarding the morale issue? Is it a starter or a bench player? Have you done any releases of players? Is the team struggling? These are all factors.
