Sorry, I mean resistance bands, therabands, or you can use the cables at gyms. Even some weights will work

I just google searched "rotator cuff exercises". I would also suggest if you know a good Physical Therapist to go to him. Don't go to a personal trainer. Some chiro's are good if they are more Physcial therapist based or specialize in sports rehabilitation.

Please elaborate. What do you mean by bands? What rotator cuff exercises can I do? Not being able to throw a football with my friends when we go to the games is wrather depressing ya know.
