You can make external URLs show up by just pasting in the full url of the image...example: http://www.site.com/image.jp

If the image is already on Armchair, or you have uploaded to armchair, you can reference an image by [[Image:MyImage.jpg]]

I just insert the URL into the comment box. Usually works.
