hey corey. thanks for your comment on my article about the protests, i left a lot more in the comments there, but i want to say that i appreciate that you have some fire over this.

i wasn't saying that the protests are stupid, but that a boycott would hurt the athletes. trying to relate it to sport.

Just stealing a base is something Estrada has never done in his whole career while Kendall has 163 of them. If Kendall can get Suppan to win more than 12 games it will be worth getting him...Was going to give you a plus for your comment...can't even comment on page so writing you this message.

Well, 5pm your time is about 10pm my time, so I will have to release the Awards results before you. I'll release them at about 12pm my time (7am your time (I think!)) so that people can wake up to them, if you see what I mean. I'll do it as an article though, rather than as a lockerroom.

When are you posting the results of the User Awards? New Year's Eve? I ask so that I can put out the Sports Awards results on the same day. Let me know.

I'd like to interview you for the Meet the Users series so here are some questions? 1. How did you learn about AGM? 2. With the winter meeting just around the corner, what do the Brewers need to do to get into the playoffs. 3. Prior to the start of the College Football season, Wisconsin was ranked in the top ten. However, they did meet those lofty expectations. Was the season a sucess or failure? 4. Are you worried about Brett Favre and company after that loss to Dallas? 5. You have been known to do some editing in the College Football section. What is your favorite thing about College Football? Bowl games, rivarlies, tailgating?

Maybe the Brewers will make some deals at the winter meetings. With only two or three free agent pitchers having 13 or more wins there isn't much on free agent market and one of those pitchers is Andy Pettitte and he isn't leaving Yankees. Suppan is better pitcher than he was last season but Capuano has put two bad seasons together. Losing Cordero was major loss for the bullpen. Now they have to probably replace Linebrink and Cordero even though Linebrink didn't do much. Linebrink had 1 save and 7 blown saves when Brewers got him from Padres.
