Sanders Joins 300/300 Club

I never respected Sanders that much, still don't

sanders has never gotten much media attention so nobody realizes how good he is

Isn't Sanders about 40 now? Does the 300/300 club give him a right of passage to join most of his fellow club members in the Hall of Fame?

I always thought Sanders was way underrated. He was never a star, but he could was a solid corner outfielder with some speed and could give you 20 to 25 HR. That being said, I don't think there is anyway he is a Hall of Famer.

Watch the Giants pick him up now...considering they've had almost all the other 300/300 guys.

He's had a hell of a career without anyone even realizing it. He's nowhere near Hall of Fame level, of course, but he should be a bit more well known than he is. I had no idea that he's topped 20 homers the last 5 years. If he had played with the Yankees for a little while instead of jumping from club to club he'd probably be a household name.
