Plus/Minus

A ratio denoting how the team does when a certain player is on the ice. A player's plus/minus (or +/-) is added to when a player is on the ice when his team scores an even-strength or short-handed goal. He receive minus points when histeam has an even-strength or short-handed goal scored upon them.

A positive plus/minus, like +7 is a better total than a negative number, like -12.
