Where can I find NFL/college player stats?

By "stats", I don't want yards, TDs, etc. I want 40-time, bench press, shuttle, etc. Basically, the things they would track at the combine. I looked at the NFL.com website, but I could only find any info on their combine page, and it only had for this current class. I'd like the info for all current NFL players and even some historical players as well. Team and NFLPA websites only have stats (yards, TDs, etc).

I'd like the same info for the college players.

Any ideas?
