Yes, you can. But the only problem is that the ESPN channel that I have plays anything that involves sports. Usually, when I turn on the TV, it's on something stupid to watch in October like 3-4 hours worth of golf or 8 hours worth of tennis...

Romi, I'm not going to lose sleep if they don't win the World Series this year. I'm just happy that they made the playoffs because I never expected them to win even 75 games. Maybe that doesn't make me a loyal Cub fan, I can't say with certainty. But if people want to give me crap about it, I say kiss my ass.

That's good because I'm not big on "true Cub fans" right now as they are rather cruel on D-Backs BLogs.

You couldn't have said it better, ONR. I'm just saying that the Cubs aren't out of it yet. I kinda expected them to get either 2nd or 1st place since it's the NL Central. I'm really impressed with the team though. As far as loyalty goes, I say if you're a fan and you always root for your team , that makes you loyal. It donesn't not make you loyal if you aren't like everyone else. That might actually make you better.

What if he gives up 5 runs? That won't do good for him, as he might get discouraged if he faces the Cubs again. Probably not gonna happen though.

Exactly. That's all that matters. I'm just pointing out that stat because it rarely happens when the team advances to the playoffs. The Dbax are showing the world how they are NOT a fluke. I love it!
