"Ben Olson is much better than Brady Quinn."

I wouldn't be surprised if very few people even know who Ben Olson is. Saying that he's better than Quinn is really a big joke.

"The Dodgers are way better than the Angels! Look who made the playoffs."

First off, the Angels would have made the playoffs if they played in the N.L. West playing other N.L. teams in the course of the 162 game season. The Halos still ended up with a better record too.

"Miami Football is on the rise. Look at their talent!"

What? Talent is a waste if its not used to its maximum potential. Plus, have you watched any of their games this season?

"Kwame Brown's inside prescence can lead the Lakers to the NBA Finals."

Does this even deserve a response?

For the record, Ben Olson was arguably the top recruit coming out of high school a few years ago. He came out in the same class as Vince Young. Either of those two were number one, depending on who you asked. Olson went to BYU his freshman year, and is now at UCLA. He's been pretty good, but of course UCLA still plays defense like UCLA.

Well said. A lot of these comparisons are flat out hard to make because of the team elements that are involved. Put Ben Olson on a team with a roster comparable to that of ND... and I think he'd give Brady quite a test.
