Zern Joseph (Zern Carlton Joseph) was born on May 31, 1903 in , OH. After going to high school at East (Columbus, OH), Joseph attended Miami University of Ohio. Joseph made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Dayton Triangles. He played for the Dayton Triangles for his entire 2 year career.
