Zeke Smith (Roger Duane Smith) was born on September 29, 1936 in Walker Spring, Alabama. After going to high school at Uniontown (AL), Smith attended Auburn University. Smith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1960 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the New York Giants and Baltimore Colts over the course of his 2 year career.
