Yanks get off to a great start

The Yankees started their season with a massive 15-2 victory over the Oakland As. A grand slam by Alex Rodriguez in the Yanks' 7-run 2nd inning accounted for 4 of his 5 RBIs, and Hideki Matsui (who had a 3-run HR himself) couldn't be put out once, reaching base 6 times in 6 tries. Randy Johnson pitched well, giving up only 1 run in 7 innings.
