Washington Redskins quarterback Casey Bramlet took home the World Bowl MVP award after tossing a record-tying four touchdowns in the contest. The Hamburg Sea Devils defeated the Frankfurt Galaxy 37-28, and Bramlet completed 20 of his 27 passes for 347 yards. "Going back to Washington, the goal is to make the team.
I know I'm not going to compete for a starting spot," Bramlet tells the Washington Post. It's going to be a fun couple months for Casey. The 26-year-old Bramlet will get married in early July and then head to training camp. Jason Campbell is locked in as the starter and Mark Brunell and Todd Collins are fighting for the primary backup spot, but Bramlet might be able to win the third job.
