Wiz Kids Vs. Washington Wizards

There's a reason why the Washington Post dominates this area's sports coverage. To find it, you just have to check the sound and the fury two of their best writers brought today regarding the start of camp for the Washington Wizards.
Agent Steinz gives you the lighthearted view into camp, and focuses on a friendly bet between star guard Gilbert Arenas and veteran guard Antonio Daniels regarding weight loss. My only qualm is that Steinz didn't work in a Bob McCann reference.
Simultaenously, Post columnist and friend to the SVPSteezy Mike Wise provides a much darker look into the interpersonal relationships of the organization. You come away hoping the best for the Wizards, but never has the term 'shotgun wedding' been so applicable for the union of a coach and GM, coach and players, and players and players.
Both sides are true to the parties involved, but the combination of the two pieces gives you the sense that the Washington Wizards are a team a step away from the top of the Eastern Conference, or a step from falling into dissension, firings, trades and the lottery.
We'll all be watching, every step of the way.
