Winslow Oliver (Winslow Paul Oliver) was born on March 3, 1973 in Houston, Texas. After going to high school at Clements (Sugar Land, TX) and Kempner (Houston, TX), Oliver attended the University of New Mexico. Oliver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Carolina Panthers. He played for the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1996 was Winslow Oliver's best year, as he had 598 punt return yards and ran back a punt for a touchdown.
