Willie Ross (William James Ross) was born on June 6, 1941 in Helena, Arkansas. After going to high school at Elize Meller (Helena, AR), Ross attended the University of Nebraska. Ross made his professional debut in the AFL in 1964 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
