Willie Mccray (Willie Lee McCray) was born on July 17, 1953 in Fort Lee, Virginia. After going to high school at Hopewell (VA) and Laurinburg (NC) Institute, Mccray attended Troy State University and the University of Alabama. Mccray made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
