Willie Cullars (Willie Edward Cullars) was born on August 4, 1951 in Washington, Georgia. After going to high school at Central (Washington, GA), Cullars attended Kansas State University and Pratt Community College. Cullars made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
