William Frizzell (William Jasper Frizzell) was born on September 8, 1962 in Greenville, North Carolina. After going to high school at J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC), Frizzell attended North Carolina Central University. Frizzell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Detroit Lions and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was William Frizzell's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and recovered 3 opponents fumbles.
