William Bell (William Bell) was born on July 22, 1971 in Miami, Florida. After going to high school at Edison (Miami, FL), Bell attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1996 was William Bell's best year.
