Will Blackwell (William Herman Blackwell, Jr.) was born on July 9, 1975 in Texarkana, Texas. After going to high school at Skyline (Oakland, CA), Blackwell attended San Diego State University. Blackwell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1997 was Will Blackwell's best year, as he had 791 kick return yards and ran back a kickoff for a touchdown.
