Wiley Feagin (Thomas Wiley Feagin) was born on August 28, 1937 in Conroe, Texas. After going to high school at Conroe (TX), Feagin attended the University of Houston and the University of Texas. Feagin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the Baltimore Colts. He played for the Baltimore Colts and Washington Redskins over the course of his 3 year career.

Most people believe that 1961 was Wiley Feagin's best year.
