Wil Nieves (Wilbert Nieves) was born on September 25, 1977 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He made his Major League debut on July 21, 2002 for the San Diego Padres. Nieves played for the San Diego Padres and New York Yankees over the course of his 3 year career.
