Who Isn't Getting Drugged Before Fights These Days?

Antonio Tarver (not entirely sure who that is but I guess he boxes) claims that last June, he was drugged before a fight with Bernard Hopkins (ditto) and that's why he lost. Oddly, there is absolutely no proof that this drugging actually occurred (funny how that always happens). Whether he was or wasn't drugged isn't the important thing though. What I want to know is, is claiming that you've been drugged a viable scapegoat for things? Because if so, I've seriously been missing out. Why do work if you've been "drugged"? Seems a little foolish to me.
Was Tarver Drugged before losing Hopkin's fight?
