White Sox for the Win?

Chicago White Sox Right Fielder Jermaine Dye hits a game tying home run in the 9th inning bringing Bobby Jenks to the mound the clsoe it out. Unfortunatly the Boston Red Sox put two on the board taking the lead 5-3. Bottom of 11th Chicago goes on a rally loading the bases only to almost blow the game with poor base running as Crede hits a line drive to right center fielder Trot Nixon. Ross Gload with a awfull tag job on third almost gets passed up by Dye. Here is the post from http://www.mlb.com

Bottom 11TH B:0 S:0 O:2 Offensive Substitution: Pinch hitter Rob Mackowiak replaces Brian Anderson.

Bottom 11TH B:1 S:1 O:2 With Rob Mackowiak batting, Alex Cintron advances to 2nd on defensive indifference.

Bottom 11TH B:1 S:3 O:3 Rob Mackowiak strikes out swinging.

Pierzynski slid into second with a great defensive move to make the 3rd out at first unreachable for the Boston Red Sox.

Craig Hansen replaces Mike Timlin to go to the bottom of the 12th.

Win or lose MVP has to go to Jermaine Dye. Game tying HR in 9th and golden glove fielding.

No joke, 6 1/2 hrs of play...Beer and a hot tub for me if I would have been on that field.

Games like this actually make me wish that none of the players from the Sox made the all-star game. Ortiz had to hop on a plane so he could hit some home runs today and play in the game tomorrow while dealing with fans and press the whole time.
