Whisenhunt Turns Down Raiders

Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt will not be the head coach of the Oakland Raiders. With Whisenhunt out of the picture, Art Shell and Jim Fassel are now the top candidates. University of Louisville's Bobby Petrino was allegedly offered the job, but turned it down. Whisenhunt will be one of the first in line considered for coaching vacancies in 2007.

Is a Fassell/Collins reunion a'coming? I bet they could get Ike Hilliard from TB or Amani Toomer from the cap casualties list without difficulty.
