Which Current Last Place Team Has the Best Chance to not be Last?

The current last place teams in the MLB are currently:
Runner Up: Baltimore Orioles
Runner Up: Chicago White Sox
Runner Up: Oakland Athletics
Runner Up: Florida Marlins
Runners Up: Houston Astros/After that: Pittsburgh Pirates
Runner Up: Colorado Rockies
Well, in my opinion, the Giants are going to stay in last place. They are 12.5 games behind the division lead, and the fourth place team (Rockies) are only 5.5 games back. So, the Giants are eliminated, IMO.
Then we have the NL East. The Nationals are not doing so great either. They don't have much talent on their team excluding Chad Cordero and Dmitri Young and POSSIBLY Ryan Zimmerman. So they're eliminated.
That leaves us with four other divisions. I'm going to say that the Reds have the best chance at being a fourth place team. Look at who they have in second and third last: the Astros and Pirates; teams that are only 0.5 and 1.0 game behind them for last. The Reds didn't have the best start, especially with Bronson Arroyo not pitching good this year, and, well, the rest of their pitching is bad. If the offense keeps doing what they're doing, then they have the best chance in being a fifth, or maybe even a fourth place team in the NL Central.
What do you guys think?
