When will Lovie Smith realize...

That Rex Grossman isn't getting the job done... First things first, I am not a Bears fan, obviously by my name... I don't have anything to do with the Bears, but I can see their problem. Rex Grossman couldn't play quarterback if his life depended on it. Really, I don't think too many people would disagree that if it wasn't for Devin Hester against Kansas City, Chicago would be 0-3.
I can see it, obviously Bears fans can see it with the "Griese! Griese!" chants, fans around the league can see it... but Lovie Smith can't. This, is why Lovie won't take his team to the next level. He is too hesitant to change quarterbacks. Rex Grossman lead the Bears to the Super Bowl last season, yes he did... but A) How many games were won by the defense, B) What did Rex do in the big game?
I'm sure Bears fans are getting impatient and restless at night about the situation on their team. Rex Grossman has to be benched. Let Brian Griese play. If he struggles as well, fine let Rex play. But Lovie!! Atleast give Griese a chance!
Anyways, that is all I have to say about Rex Grossman for now.
On a different topic, the Patriots were on fire again today. 38 points once again, they crushed the Bills 38-7. Tom Brady threw 4 touchdown passes, and is currently on pace to break Peyton's TD record of 49. Everything is going well in Foxborough so far, and heading to Cincinnati on Monday, I'm liking the match-up of the offense against that rather poor defense in Cincy. Should be fun.
Alright, take care folks, have a blast on Monday night.
