Wes Roberts (Wesley Lee Roberts) was born on August 1, 1957 in Dodge City, Kansas. After going to high school at Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX), Roberts attended Texas Christian University. Roberts made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 1 year career.
