Wes Leaper (Wesley Stuart Leaper) was born on October 23, 1900 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After going to high school at West (Green Bay, WI), Leaper attended the University of Wisconsin. Leaper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
