Wes Hamilton (Wesley Dean Hamilton) was born on April 24, 1953 in Texas City, Texas. After going to high school at Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL), Hamilton attended the University of Tulsa. Hamilton made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings for his entire 9 year career.
