Weldon Humble (Weldon Gaston Humble) was born on April 24, 1921 in San Antonio, Texas. After going to high school at Brackenridge (San Antonio, TX), Humble attended Rice University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Humble made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Cleveland Browns. He played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns the entire time. Humble also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 2 year NFL career.
