ON THE IR Daniel Carcillo, RW, PHO - Carcillo sprained his knee late last week during a fight with San Jose RW Steve Bernier. Carcillo leads the NHL in PIMs with 172 in 33 games this season and has showed to be the league's premier cheater in his rookie season. He also has 12 points, which makes his fantasy value slightly above just pummeling the opposition, but the 6-8 weeks he could be out should only hurt owners of Carcillo in one big category.

Justin Williams, RW, CAR - Though Williams is technically not on the IR yet, the prognosis on the Carolina winger will surely send him there. Surely, the two-day rest that Parise and the rest of the NHL received for the Holiday season... (Read the full article here: Week 13 Frozen IR Report)
