Wayne Wilson (Wayne MacArthur Wilson) was born on September 4, 1957 in Montgomery County, Maryland. After going to high school at Howard (Ellicott, MD), Wilson attended Shepherd University. Wilson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints and Washington Redskins over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was Wayne Wilson's best year, as he ran for 787 yards and ran in 9 TDs.
