Wayne Terwilliger (Willard Wayne Terwilliger) was born on June 27, 1925 in Clare, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on August 6, 1949 for the Chicago Cubs. In 1950, his rookie year, he hit .242 with 10 home runs and 32 RBI. Terwilliger played for the Chicago Cubs, Brooklyn Dodgers, Washington Senators, New York Giants and Kansas City Athletics over the course of his 9 year career.
