Wayne Hammond (Wayne Roger Hammond) was born on January 30, 1953 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After going to high school at Anoka (MN), Hammond attended Montana State University. Hammond made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
