Wayne Fowler (Byron Wayne Fowler) was born on January 23, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at Flen Burnie (MD), Fowler attended the University of Richmond. Fowler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
