Born on June 2, 1978 in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional (Dominican Republic), Wascar Serrano (Wascar Radames Serrano) played for the San Diego Padres for his entire 1 year career. Serrano broke into the bigs on May 12, 2001 with the San Diego Padres.
